Registration is Easy!

We strive to make the registration process trouble-free. Please print and complete the application. Then return the application and registration fee to the studio using one of the following methods:

	Fax the application including credit card number to the studio Fax: (334) 265-3044
	Register by phone Telephone: (334) 265-5299
	Send application and registration fee by U.S. Mail
	Hand deliver application and registration fee to studio. Please call (265-5299) for current hours of operation.

Registration fee (non-refundable) $40 per person, $65.00 for immediate families. Classes are filled on a first come first serve basis. Students are considered registered upon receipt of application and registration fees, otherwise class places can not be held.
